Decision 1: Channel Posting Restrictions

The #x-all channel cannot be made private, so posting abilities were restricted. The team should use specific channels instead:

• #e-discussion — engineering discussions
• #e-boo-training — Boo training and behavior
• #b-compete — competitive intelligence
• Other topic-specific channels

Decision 2: No Competitor Tools in Production

Policy: Keep competing AI tools and experimental third-party AI bots out of the production Slack workspace. Use test workspaces for evaluation.

Removed from production workspace:

• ClaudeTag (Anthropic's Slack bot)
• Viktor (competitor)
